Sensitive renovation of a Grade I listed Crown Estate residence, working with international interior designers to deliver a high-specification home for a private client. The project involved managing the planning and tender process, design team and contractor, balancing an ambitious contemporary brief with the character and heritage of the building.

Comprehensive renovation of a character apartment in prime central London, designed around the requirements of a private client. The project involved management of the design team and contractor, procurement of furniture, fixtures and equipment, and the delivery of specialist bespoke finishes throughout.
KNIGHTSBRIDGE GATE
Knightsbridge, London
Role: Project Manager
Delivery of a major mixed-use development comprising residential, commercial and retail space behind a retained Grade II listed façade. The role encompassed management of the design team and multiple construction contracts, with bespoke finishes and detailing developed to reflect the building’s history while creating high-specification new residences.

Considered refurbishment of existing commercial space to create flexible, cost-effective workspace for London’s creative industries. Working at pace, the project prioritised the reuse of existing materials and infrastructure, with a bespoke specification developed for the needs of the local creative market.
WETLANDS
Walthamstow, London
Role: Project Manager
Sensitive renovation of a historic pumping house to create a new public hub for arts and culture within the Walthamstow Wetlands. Delivered within a significant natural environment, the project brought the history of the site to life while opening up valuable green space for the local community.
